Join us as we celebrate the enduring legacy of Albert’s Garden, a most unique community garden “planted” in the heart of the East Village.
Over the course of a half-century, Albert’s has become a mature, canopied oasis and a beloved community landmark. Graced with a variety of plants, ferns, a redbud tree, flowers, a small pond holding several gold fish and a fierce crow painted by the celebrated Belgian artist ROA, our garden has welcomed many visitors of all ages and nations, as well as animals, birds, butterflies and other living creatures.
The garden opens at noon, and all can enjoy light refreshments, displays, music, raffles, a silent auction and other entertainment throughout the day. For more information about Albert’s Garden click here to visit the garden’s website.
